Shipping & Delivery Policy

How we deliver fresh meat to your doorstep in prime condition.

1. Delivery Timeline

All orders will be delivered within 6 to 12 hours from the time the order is successfully placed (subject to outlet operating hours and local demand).

2. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver within our active Tash Chicken / Porkish Delight service areas, including:

• Ludhiana, Punjab (Jamalpur and surrounding pincodes)
• Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Indirapuram outlet and mapped NCR pincodes)
• Other cities where the shop confirms delivery after address check (e.g. Bangalore, Guwahati where configured)

Use Check delivery in the shop to confirm whether your pincode is served.

3. Delivery Terms

• Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the order, as meat requires immediate refrigeration.
• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the receiver, the order may still be charged, and no refund will be issued.
